Please read the terms and conditions properly while shopping through Rewizi India Private Limited. These terms and conditions are applied to all the orders for products placed with Rewizi.

Warranty

The guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Rewizi will not accept liability for product malfunction or breaking caused by the user. Rewizi is not responsible for product malfunction because of an unstable power supply, electrical discharge, earthing issues, incorrect product software/firmware upgrades performed by the buyer, or viruses because of opening unauthorised or inauthentic files.

The warranty only covers the operation of the equipment and excludes aesthetic/external aspects. This guarantee does not cover regular product wear and tear. All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The product time frame is valid under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Policy

At Rewizi India Private Limited, we ensure you have a hassle-free, stress-free, and satisfactory shopping experience. In case you have received a wrong product or malfunctioned product, you can reach out to us for an exchange or refund.

All returns are eligible within seven days of your Purchase. The product should be in its original condition, and the packaging should be undamaged. Please ensure the products are returned with all accessories. Make sure the product has the original sales invoice.

You can mail us the product details in case of returns, your order reference number, return reason, and pictures of the products. If a product is physically harmed and malfunctions, Rewizi India Private Limited has the right to collect handling fees from the returned item before processing your refund.

Right To Cancellation and Incorrect Pricing

Rewizi India Private Limited retains the right to refuse/cancel any order placed for a product that is incorrectly priced or for any wrong reason. The exact payment of the amount paid must be repaid, and the user shall be informed of an equivalent.

Rewizi India Private Limited ensures that users have the most recent and accurate product information. Although, we are not responsible for any differences between the product mentioned and the delivery.

If your order was transported where “Private Courier Companies” were involved to service your Area Postcode, Rewizi India will assume “Full Responsibility” for it.
